Who We Are

A Workshop Built on Straightforward Repairs

TV Repair Gurgaon started as a small workshop in Jacobpura, focused on repairing televisions for local residents and small businesses in Gurugram. Over the years we have grown, added team members, and expanded the range of repairs we offer — but the underlying approach has stayed the same.

We diagnose faults properly, explain what is wrong in terms customers can understand, provide a clear written quote, and only proceed when that quote is agreed. We repair at component level where technically feasible, which usually costs less than replacing an entire board. And we test the TV thoroughly before returning it.

That might sound straightforward, because it is. We are a practical repair workshop, not a company built around marketing. The work speaks for itself.

Our Service Principles

Quote Before Work

We never begin a repair without providing a written cost estimate and receiving your agreement. You will always know what you are committing to before any work starts.

Repair, Not Replace

Where technically feasible, we repair at component level. Replacing a failed capacitor or IC rather than an entire board reduces cost and reduces electronic waste.

Clear Communication

We explain faults in plain language, not technical jargon. If we think a repair is not economically worthwhile, we say so — even if that means you walk away without using our service.

Genuine Components

Repairs use genuine manufacturer components where available, or quality-equivalent aftermarket parts where genuine parts are unavailable. We do not use the cheapest available component regardless of quality.

Tested Before Return

Every repaired TV is tested across all inputs, functions, and picture modes before being returned. We do not return a TV that has not passed a full functional test.

Local Service

We are based in Gurgaon and serve Gurgaon. Local customers who bring their TV in person get to speak directly with the people working on it — no call centre intermediaries.

How We Got Here

A brief timeline of how the workshop has developed over the years.

2012

Workshop established

Started as a one-person repair operation in Jacobpura, Sector 12, primarily servicing CRT and early LCD televisions for local residents.

2015

LED TV specialisation

As LED televisions became the dominant format in Indian homes, we expanded our LED TV repair capability and built up a stock of common LED backlight strips and power board components.

2018

Smart TV capability added

With Smart TVs becoming standard, we invested in training and equipment to handle Android TV, Tizen, and WebOS platform-specific faults including firmware recovery.

2020

Home service expansion

Expanded home service coverage to cover most Gurgaon sectors, allowing customers to book on-site visits for suitable repair types without bringing the TV to the workshop.

2023

BGA rework capability

Added BGA rework equipment to enable component-level repairs on modern main boards with BGA-packaged processors and ICs, expanding the range of board-level repairs we can offer.
