This Refund Policy applies to repair services provided by TV Repair Gurgaon. We aim to resolve all service concerns promptly and fairly.
Payment for repair services is due upon completion, before the equipment is collected. We provide a written cost estimate and obtain your explicit authorisation before commencing any repair work. By authorising the repair, you agree to the quoted cost.

Please have your service receipt number available when making a claim. We will assess the claim within 5 working days of receiving the equipment for re-inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction where possible.
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund or warranty claim, please escalate the matter in writing to our senior team at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve all disputes through direct discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
