These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of television repair services by TV Repair Gurgaon ("we", "us", "our"), operating from 493/6, Old Railway Road, Jacobpura, Sector 12, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. By using our services, you ("the customer") agree to these terms.
When you submit a television or other equipment for repair, you confirm that you are the owner of the equipment or are authorised by the owner to submit it for repair. We will record the equipment details and the reported fault on a service receipt.
All equipment accepted for service will undergo a diagnostic inspection. We will provide you with a written cost estimate prior to commencing any repair work. If the fault cannot be reproduced or diagnosed with certainty during the initial inspection, we will inform you and discuss options.
A nominal inspection fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with a repair after receiving a cost estimate. This fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you before the inspection begins.
We will not commence repair work without your explicit authorisation of the quoted cost. Authorisation may be provided in person, by phone, or via written confirmation. By authorising repair work, you agree to pay the quoted amount upon completion.
We use genuine manufacturer components where available. Where genuine parts are unavailable or where a cost-effective quality-equivalent component is more appropriate, we will use aftermarket parts of reasonable quality. We will advise you if non-original components are being used.
Replaced components become the property of TV Repair Gurgaon unless you specifically request their return at the time of authorisation.
We provide a 90-day warranty on the specific fault repaired, covering the replaced component and associated workmanship under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover:

You will be notified when your repair is complete. Equipment must be collected within 30 days of notification. We reserve the right to charge reasonable storage fees for equipment not collected within this period. Equipment unclaimed after 90 days from completion notification may be disposed of responsibly.
Our liability for any claim arising from our repair services is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of data stored on Smart TV platforms, loss of use, or any other consequential damages.
We take reasonable precautions in handling equipment. However, we accept no liability for pre-existing damage or faults not related to the repair performed.
If you do not collect your equipment within 90 days of completion notification, we reserve the right to dispose of the equipment after reasonable attempts to contact you. Any funds recovered from disposal will be applied against outstanding charges, with any surplus returned to you if contact details are available.
Payment is due upon completion of repair and before collection of the equipment. We accept cash and standard digital payment methods. A service receipt will be provided for all payments.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
